Becky is an experienced HR generalist who has worked with a wide range of Public and Private sector organisations, including in Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Science and Technology. Becky has supported a range of businesses in building HR requirements from the ground up, working collaboratively with her clients to ensure the approach to HR meets the needs of the business, depending on size, complexity and growth stage. Becky advises and supports clients across the full range of HR topics including diversity and inclusion, policy and procedure, employee relations and compensation and benefits through to learning and development. Becky specialises in developing Learning and Development programmes which support the strategic goals of the business and aspirations of the team. She is a qualified Executive Coach and practitioner in Insights Discovery, Emotional Intelligence profiling and Myers Briggs.
