How quickly can I expect to get HR support in place? In most cases, we are able to commence services within a couple of weeks from sign up, typically from the 1st of the following month. However, the start date is flexible and will be mutually agreed.
How quickly can I expect to get HR support in place?
This will depend on the level of service you require and the complexity of your needs. However, as a guide, the ‘HR Now’ service starts from £350 per month. There are no hidden costs. We know that there will be times that you need to lean on us more than others. This flexibility is a given and you can be sure that you will never receive an unexpected bill for our time.
How much do your start-up packages cost?

We have a number of loyal clients who engaged us at seed stage and have continued to work closely with us throughout the development of their business.
How can I be confident in the quality of service before I sign up?
Yes, we can provide HR support to a business based in any location across the UK. In most cases services can be provided remotely, using email, phone and video-call. Where site visits and face to face meetings are required, access to your location will be discussed at the outset. The majority of our current clients that require onsite presence are based in London, Surrey, Dorset and Oxfordshire, but we are open to expanding this further.
Is your service offered nationwide?
No, we are a small team of highly experienced HR professionals with a background in the UK employment market. We take great pride in the reputation we have built and feel that the best way to ensure that we maintain high standards is to provide all services ourselves.
Do you outsource or off-shore your services?
We ask for an initial commitment of 6 months. After that time, we would require 1 months’ notice on either side to terminate the contract. Whilst this is standard, if an alternative arrangement would better suit the needs of your business, we would be happy to discuss.
