The helpdesk provides access to expert HR advice, on demand, when you need it. We offer a reliable and well-informed source of information and advice, drawing on extensive professional experience to help you with a broad spectrum of HR matters. We are equipped to provide appropriate HR templates and troubleshoot any HR issues that come up. Every member of the HR team will be CIPD qualified and highly trained in the latest employment law and best practice.

Using this package, you are able to contact a member of the Mclean HR team, 5 days a week by email or phone. There is no limit to the number of times you can contact the helpdesk and no question is too big or too small. In most cases, we expect to be to in contact with you regarding your enquiry the same day, although this will depend on the nature of your request. We take a very human, common-sense approach to the support we offer and will quickly identify when a situation is urgent.
