- Onboarding
Implementing a smooth and efficient onboarding process sets a good first impression and helps new starters to hit the ground running. It is also vital that this process adheres to all legal requirements, such as Home Office ‘right to work’ check obligations. With an understanding of your needs, we will establish a simple but effective onboarding process, to ensure you have all the information you need, and your new starter receives a positive and informative welcome.
